Ashley Hieronimus is excited to join the Barks and Rec team as a dog agility instructor.  Her love of dog agility began in 2013 with her first dog, Pudge, a Shiba Inu.  Together, they began learning this fun dog sport and eventually competed in several trials.  She believes that agility has grown her relationship with her dogs, helped build foundational skills that make her canine companions even more fun to live with, and provides a needed outlet for mental energy.  Ashley currently trains with her two year old Australian Shepherd, Meera.  Originally from Williamsburg, Ashley recently moved back to the area and is looking forward to sharing her passion for agility with her students.
